Random: Inhalers

Part of the contents of my runner's tool box:

1. Take two puffs of the red one twice a day every day so your lungs won't have the capacity of a 55 year old.

2. Take two puffs of the blue one before you run of you don't want to hack and cough when you're finished. 

*This necessity brought to me courtesy of 18 years of second-hand smoke.
